Unlearn that setting boundaries is not an act of love.

Setting boundaries is actually an act of love. It helps give your partner clear guidelines for how to love you and gives them permission to ask the same of you. Boundaries help keep your relationship healthy, romantic, and thriving. It keeps resentment at bay. Most importantly, it keeps the focus on each other.
